I also admire people can solve problems that fast, as for me I need more time even for reading and understanding problems and I need time for brakes. How much? it depends.. I think at least 3times more. How about if the time for solving problems depends on rating... For example round time multipler could be 3600/rating. 6 hours sounds better than 2.
