Emoji support in codeforces blogs ๐Ÿ’› ๐Ÿ’™ ๐Ÿ’”

Revision en3, by orendon, 2022-10-11 17:55:03

I thought it would be fun to experiment if Codeforces text editor supported the Emoji unicode reference, and it doesโ—

For your delight, here is an example: to display a lion emoji, you just write the corresponding decimal code 🦁 and the browser will take care of rendering the ๐Ÿฆ for you.

Here is the table with the corresponding decimal codes for each emoji:

Hands ๐Ÿ’ช
Lovables ๐Ÿ’š
Smileys ๐Ÿ˜€
Others ๐Ÿ’ฉ

I'm also considering creating a chrome/firefox extension to allow selecting the emoji without having copy/paste the code. Do you think it would be a good idea?

EDIT: The quackit.com list includes even more emoji codes (posted by bhagya_rana in the comments)

Tags emoji, just for fun
