I realize that I started cp year ago, my first contest was on 7/29/2023

then I became green after 2 month, then I became cyan after 3 month from green

it's been over half year since I stuck at cyan and I'm really scare if this trend continue

the roommate whom I introduce to CF in January already became blue..

I feel like I fell into this cycle

bad contest -> demotivated from low rating -> loss forcus/interest from problem solving due to demotivation -> bad contest and so on

I literally cannot practice *1500-*1700 problem confortablely even after solve 300 of them.

what should I do
