So we need Chinese Statements

From the recent Codeforces Div. 1/2 rounds, we can observe the following pattern:

  • Codeforces Round 968 (Div. 2): Chinese
  • Codeforces Round 967 (Div. 2): Chinese
  • EPIC Institute of Technology Round August 2024 (Div. 1 + Div. 2): Chinese
  • Codeforces Round 965 (Div. 2): Not Chinese (Interestingly, cry seems to be a Chinese American)
  • Codeforces Round 963 (Div. 2): Not Chinese
  • Pinely Round 4 (Div. 1 + Div. 2): Chinese
  • Codeforces Round 961 (Div. 2): Not Chinese
  • Codeforces Round 960 (Div. 2): Unconfirmed
  • Codeforces Round 959 sponsored by NEAR (Div. 1 + Div. 2): Not Chinese
  • Codeforces Round 958 (Div. 2): Chinese

Among these 10 rounds, 5 were authored by Chinese participants. Additionally, when we examine the ratings, China has the highest number of members.

Many rounds also provide Chinese editorials, so why can't we have Chinese problem statements during the contests, similar to the way Russian problem statements are provided? (P.S. It appears that there are fewer contests authored by Russian participants.)

In practical terms, we could assign a translator for each contest, and I believe many people would be willing to volunteer for this role.
