How to make a contest within a deadline?

I'm currently making a contest, and at the current pace, I'm not gonna make it. The main things I'm struggling with are:

  • Coming up with good ideas quickly.
  • Creating tasks of varying difficulties.
  • Test generation.

Can I get some advice on this?
