I finally got my 3rd rated round, Round 449. (I participated in Round 421 and ranked 13th, but it resulted unrated) Would there not be such a long queue, I wouldn't take so much time find my submissions for Problem A and B fail the pretest and then fix them, and there wouldn't be such a strange score of 260 for Problem A and 438 for Problem B on the standings. So I'm also a victim of the long queue. Why should I be secondly punished by semi-rated, which just prevented me from becoming red within 3 rounds? (I've got rating +104 in this round, and my rating is 2345 now, so it would be 2449 if it's not semi-rated)
