So many people kept shouting that alt accounts are made to troll the community but there are many importants things that push people to create multiple accounts

First, some people are afraid to be strictly punished from participating in some competitions like ACM ICPC i.e. this blog

Second, some people including me rage on some comments and blog that look ridiculous and to be criticized but these critics can be harsh to other people but i'm in that kind who does't want to hurt people directly so i rely on alts.

Third, some people start CP after a fair time of preparation like [user:fateice]who could become LGM in only 9 contests and that's acceptable.

So i want from dotorya to calm down and to forget about alternate accounts and maybe DearMargaret is just new to CP and he has prepared a lot before coming up to CF.
