Google Kickstart Round C — Stable Wall

I am trying to solve Google Kickstart Round C problem 2, and even after doing as mentioned in the analysis, I am getting Wrong Answer verdicts. Here's my code. If you can find any edge cases, or some flaw in my code please mention.
