Racism_against_Newbie's blog

I am sorry to say but whenever a Newbie writes a blog on codeforces it only gets down-votes no matter whether that blog is good or bad. It seems like the entire community is just racist to Newbies. I saw a blog where someone was asking for help because he was stuck in Newbie for over an year and he solved 80+ problems on all ratings <=1500 and all I can see is down-votes in the blog and comments posted by Newbies. Only Grand-masters and Masters who are commenting some stupid memes were getting up voted. I don't know what Codeforces community is turning out to be.

This is not because their rating is low. This is because they are asking stupid questions for the hundredth time. Which answers can be found simply by searching for information for a few minutes, or these questions do not make sense at all (how do I turn blue, or why my rating does not increase, although I solved 100 problems).

Go to recent blogs and count the number of comments which has negative votes. You will find most of them to be Newbies. Even if they just comment good luck before a contest they will get down-votes. I agree with those down-votes when they ask stupid questions. But saying good-luck and congrats is not a crime by Newbies. If the same thing is commented by a cyan then it will be getting up-voted in most of the cases.

Yes, it's not criminal, but it just clogs up the flow of less and less useful information. Just accept the fact that people don't like such blogs.

It seems like you just wanted to tell that Newbies are not allowed to post stupid and useless comments. Go to this blog and scroll down the comments where everyone was typing f--k you spyofgame. There will be a newbie who mentioned exactly the same thing, but his post got -88. Can you please explain me the reason of so many down-votes because the same thing was written by many specialist and experts but they got a hell lot of up-votes. The comment contains less useful information according to you.

It isn't just because they're Newbies. People think doing something like that is fun. Only for a short time. They soon get bored of it, and when some people — mostly Newbies — do that after the people get bored of it, they get downvotes.

Don't use your alt account to post something, and then you won't get downvotes. Stop flooding Codeforces with a ton of unrated accounts with nicknames "CHEATER_BUSTER228" or "Posting-what-I-want". Just use your real account, please. Your opinion will be appreciated much more, when people know who you are (at least your nickname).

I got over 100 contribution whilst being a newbie. I think people are just looking for an excuse to expain why they are getting downvotes rather than actually thinking that they might just have posted/said something that deserves getting downvoted. Sus was in top 10 contributers whilst being a newbie. Posts like this are just cringe. Why do you care about contribution anyway? "Oh no! not my usless internet points." If you have something people agree with, they will upvote, if they disagree, they will downvote. It's that simple.
