Stuck in a particular Level

What did you do when you saw that you were stuck in a particular rating and didn't see any improvements?

I mean suppose you can solve 3 problems in div2. The same thing has been happening for over 5 months. You are not able to improve your level. So, what should he/she do for this?

for unsolved problems, more exercise, and for solved problems, deeper understand.
