Why are the Div 1+2 contents more usual than before?(Like title)

Not only this, there have been no plag tests from ast 2-3 weeks. And for the previous plag checks, standings and ratings have not been updated accordingly. I don't want to mention him : MikeMirzayanov, but it's quite a lot of time, these things have not been done yet.
