After last round rating change i missed specialist by 11 points (although predictor showed +43 that makes it more sad). Now im feeling very bad and lost all motivation..

Uninstall your rating predictor, it is of no use. (Just a joke you can keep if you like)

You can look at my profile, my last round before specialist I got 1397 (which only missed by 3 points). But the next round I got +111! Maybe you can get a lot the next round, or the next round after that... Don't lose motivation.
