Try to set a time limit like 20 minutes for A and 40 minutes for B (based on your Rating) ..
1. If you couldn't figure out the logic within your limit, look at the editorial and try to code the solution yourself.
2. If you could figure out the logic but couldn't code it within your limit, work on your implementation part.
Once you reach a stage when you solve comfortably within the time limit => just decrease the time limit by 5 minutes/ 10 minutes based on your confidence and repeat the same thing ..
Understaning editorials is generally not much easier than solving the problem. Some maybe simply try different task if you ran out of ideas on the current task?
try it for 1 hour, if you can't, read the editorial, if you still can't solve it, owari da, try this problem another day.
