Today, let's discuss the practice of checking the common standings or friends' standings during contests. Personally, I often find myself doing so, yet at times, it can induce feelings of anxiety.

I personally feel that not seeing standings is better for me… For the past 5 contests I stopped seeing standings and unfriended everyone I only see standings after I have solved a set number of Qs. It has helped me a lot.

I think at all it is helpful but just looking at standing after solving a problem or every 20 minute.
