In round 953 (div 2), the user Teddiursa used only five minutes to pass F. Also, his coding styles and default templates were different for problems D, E, F. So I think it’s a multi-people account.

Hope MikeMirzayanov can check this.

Probably nothing will happen since it’s not the first time. There was an account for a team members, and they even reached master. You can check it out here, and yet nothing happened.

        They were not masters at the contest time. They are now shown as masters because they became out of competition, which always shows the color based on their current rating, unlike official participants whose color is shown based on their rating at the contest time.
