Why join a team? You can get sufficiently better at programming if you faithfully work your way through the codeforces problemset.

That division in steps is a bit extreme. The guy should learn suffix trees (I have no idea how suffix trees work, btw) before he even tries to do a problem?
Its quite surprising to see that a similar message from a purple guy got up-voted and this guy got down-voted! If by 'team' you were implying training together, then I would be glad to train alongside you! If you and anybody else is interested, then please message me, to discuss further plans.
