when high rating user post weird blog like this https://mirror.codeforces.com/blog/entry/136976 people upvote and comment but when low rating user like me post we get downvote so many. this is as bad as racism

Your blog was likely down-voted because it's a question that's been blogged to death (also, you're admitting to multi-accounting to participate in contests, which is against the rules).

Also, don't worry about blog / comment rating and contribution, it really doesn't matter
