I want to request some sort of strict ban of a big cheater Arnab Manna violating all contest rules.
arnabmanna is the first Red (GM) Indian Cheater who got banned not so long ago. We still see his account in the top rankings of the country. He has restarted cheating using his alt Destroyer0069.

(He was in the organization MSIT, Kolkata with just 4 active members, out of which 2 were arnabmanna and Destroyer0069. I found it suspicious, then I noticed similarities in their submissions, language, and the fact that the new account was created right after his main one got banned. He changed all of it after getting exposed, just like a stupid)

He cheated using AI in the recent Educational Codeforces Round 180 (Rated for Div. 2), making all his submissions within the same minute. He waited 40 minutes before submitting them so that he wouldn't win the round instantly, but instead appear somewhere in the mid.
All of his contest submissions in the recent round are AI generated:

I would like to write about a suspected cheater from my college. He is a senior from my department, I won't take his name but I would tag his handle hoping maybe he would change. Ok, so there is this guy uv123, maybe the highest rated guy in my department, a year senior to me. I have been looking at his submissions for past many contests with great admiration to learn from him. A few weeks back there was a blog about some website cphe***.***** where solutions were being leaked. And over time I have noticed striking similarities between his submissions and the hints on the website, like there are several contests (including the last div 2) where his implementation during contests matches step by step to what is given in the hints for all the problems he solved. I conveyed this issue to one of the coordinators of the coding club of our college and it turns out this everyone knows about this and this person was once a member of the coding club and was removed because of cheating and skipped submissions. This was his original handle ._._._._____. (He created a new handle and changed username on the old one during New Year's.) Apparently there is a comment on a blog about cheating tagging his original account here. Bhaiya, if this is true, please stop. You might be fooling the system for now, but there are juniors who genuinely looked up to you. Don’t throw that away. Also, that comment comes in search results when you search ":ourCollegeName: cheating codeforces" so its for the college's reputation as well.

I often found it retarded for some simple problems. A little indirectness in the statements can break the AI.
In my experience it mostly worked for problems where the difficulty lies in the implementation of complex algorithm.

Your knowledge is outdated. Free AI can consistently perform at a Master level if not higher.
