CodeForces doesn't work without a VPN in Crimea

Maybe this applies to other regions too, I'm not sure. But in the last two weeks, CodeForces has stopped loading for me without a VPN.

I live in Crimea. But everything was always fine before.

Has anyone else encountered this?

If anyone from Crimea has a full connection to CF without any problems, give me a sign please I want to explore some SSH/DNS scripts

actually I live in Saint-Petersburg and my provider is MTS, in the June it stopped working on it, I've tried some VPNs but it doesn't work. the only solution is visit it using wi-fi. Also my friend from near past got same troubles, i think it's individual. the only thing to say, there is no way to solve it, now for sure, i used vpns, custom dns servers, dpi, proxy and others, no results... I am sorry to say this sad information... p.s. if you wold leave device with site opening in 5 or more minutes that would work, but it is horrible to use
