I'm currently making a contest, and at the current pace, I'm not gonna make it. The main things I'm struggling with are:
- Coming up with good ideas quickly.
- Creating tasks of varying difficulties.
- Test generation.
Can I get some advice on this?

Hi, I have set some few problems of my own within days from deadline. Usually coming up with unique ideas and elegant problems are tough. However, you can take inspiration from AOPS math problems, convert them into CP problems. Olympiad problems are also a very good source for problems.
Regarding test generation, only testing team can help you with that. Sometimes even the best tests fail to cut down unintended solutions.
