They hopefully should be getting skipped soon (and then their rating from this contest will be removed). With that being said, it's completely out of my control at this point (and I can't really automate the skipping myself because CF api doesn't seem to allow you to filter submissions by problem, so I'd have to crawl through every submission which would take an eternity through the API).
