How to prepare for ioi style contests?

really need some piece of advice xd struggling at ioi style contests and problems(even though I have 2 bronzes at EGOI lol)

obviously solve ioi style contests (previous ROI's for example) and not rounds, cause its two absolutely different systems

    yeaa I understand but I think I lack strategies in solving ioi problems(maybe overfocusing on solving subtasks)

      This problem can be solved just by lots of solving ioi contests, basic strategy is to at the start of contest solve and get all substacks you can get without any thinking about it or if you come up with solve quickly. It will give you more assurance for next contest.
