I am writing on behalf of my friend, TangyixiaoQAQ, whose account has been permanently banned with all submissions in Round 189 skipped. He is completely unable to appeal himself.

We now understand the severity of this situation. He has confessed to me that during that contest, due to a moment of extreme weakness and desperation, he used an AI tool (ChatGPT) to directly generate code for the problems. This is why every single submission was flagged. There is no excuse for this, and it is a profound betrayal of the Codeforces community's spirit of fair play.

He has asked me to convey that:

He takes full and unconditional responsibility. He is not asking for a review because the system worked exactly as it should. He cheated, and the system caught him.

This is not an appeal against the facts, but a plea for mercy. He is not writing to argue; he is writing to apologize from the bottom of his heart.

He is willing to accept a complete reset. If there is even a 1% chance of a second chance, he agrees unconditionally to have all his ratings, all his contest history, and all his contributions completely wiped. He only asks for the account login to be restored, allowing him to start over from zero as a Newbie, to prove he can compete honestly.
