      I am ukrainian, but almost all my knowladge of algorithms I got studying at ITMO University. So it is always hard for me to choose what country should I represent.

Is it normal to not get any contact from FB until now? Their terms state that I should say whether I'll parcitipate or not till 2/5

    Yes, it's normal. Considering the amount of resources FB allocates for this cup, it looks more like a volunteer initiative. But still, I asked, and they answered within a few minutes that we shouldn't worry :)
