And will it be in the new format?

Yeah , why there is delay this time in next contest scheduling. I agree with u , it may be bcz of the next contest in New Format.

Though i am not able to  improve (inspite of partcipated in most of the events) Codeforces is making crazy to atleast particpate the contest , just like topcoder.
