The previous year, problems were on icpc.kattis after the contest started by some minutes.
Yeah, I am aware of that.
But since they are using DOMJudge (based on https://icpc.baylor.edu/worldfinals/programming-environment) instead of Kattis this year, icpc.kattis or open.kattis would not be a fair assumption of an online mirror this year.
Cool, I didn't know that.
They are still using kattis internally, crossing-checking all submissions to validate that the two contest systems give the same verdicts. So I wouldn't be surprised if the contest was mirrored to icpc.kattis, though I also don't know for sure.
UPD: Seems like there will be an online mirror for 2018 ACM-ICPC World Finals

ICPC News mentioned that the problems will be available on kattis 15 to 60 minutes after the start of the contest tomorrow.
