Hello Codeforces. Tomorrow begins the CIIC 2020 (Ibero-American Contest in Informatics); it is the regional competition for Ibero-American Countries, similar to CEOI, but it is online. I just want to know which are the contestants from each participating country.
I think these are the ones going from Cuba (this is unofficially):
UPD: This is the ranking of countries (sorry for bad quality of image).
UPD: Here is the individual ranking,
UPD: Now you can do virtual participation here. Unfortunately it is only available in Spanish.

Hi , Can we participate as unofficial if we're not from central/south america ?
I think you can't. I think the competition is secret until September 7th or 8th, because there is a window of days to participate.
That works too , thanks !
Added link for virtual participation.
Brazilian participants:
thanks.
Me from Chile! I don't have the handles of the other contestants.
thanks.
Portuguese Delegation:
thanks.
Colombia (Unofficial):
thanks.
Why every country sends a different amount of people? Is there any place with rules/regulations of the competition? I am really curious about the standard in the number of participants per country.
Each country can send a maximum of 10(rated) participants. And a maximum of 15 (5 unrated). (Something like this)
PS: From the rules:
While in each participating country you can present the CIIC exam to 15 students, for the delivery of medals only the 10 best participants of each country, according to its result during the CIIC competition. In case there is a tie for These first 10 places are defined according to the pre-qualification sent by the corresponding country.
Well, in 2019 each country could send up to 15 contestants but just the top ten in competition of each country would be ranked (and of course counted as participant).
Here is a link to the official 2019 CIIC rules. The 2020 rules are the same.
