Note from Author:
Congrats to all the Winners. Glad to see so much participation. Hope to see you all participate in the next biweekly as well. You can contact panda_2500 (Abhijit Mishra) or adityagi02 (Aditya Tyagi) for any queries related to the contest or problem discussion.
I would recommend first looking at the hints for the problem if your facing logical issue, if you are absolutely clear with logic then move on to look at the solution and the code. Efforts will be made towards making code for other languages (Python) available as well.

Is there any reason we will interchange the same digits?
To make it in non-decreasing order the 1 should be before a 0 ?
1 0 0 0 1
is there any need for replacement in this? Which elements do you think should be replaced ?
Since only entries in array are binary digits, all 0s must be before 1s. So we can use two pointers to interchange 0s to 1s and count the operations. The maintain 2 pointers the left pointer will be looking for the first 1 and the right pointer will be looking for the first 0. if they both don't cross each other, then simply replace. loop ends if left pointer becomes greater than right pointer or they become equal.

B — Best Friend Game
There are 2 approaches to solve this problem.
DataStructure approach
We use a dequeue, it stands for a double ended queue. Use it to keep on removing the first or last element and maintain to variables for each of the player. repeat this process till the deque is empty.
2 pointer approach
Same as the above approach instead of the data structure, we just keep to pointers at the start and the end and do the same process.

D — Favourite Drink
Simply count all the elements smaller than the money on the ith day. (efficiently)
instead of going over all elements, you can simply sort the array and process only a part of the array till you find the limit.
You are simply searching for the limit, i.e the index of the element greater than money on the ith day.
** Searching in a sorted List **, whats the most efficient way of doing that ?
Sort the array. Perform binary search and look for the query. Look for the upper bound in the query. Print the index for every query.
