Ignore that guy, he is just a troll feeding off negativity.
Hello ! Perhaps I can help you in some of the 1400 rated problems : give me one exercise where you are stuck and I help you !
lastly i solved this https://mirror.codeforces.com/contest/1462/problem/D problem but not my own idea . i had solved this with the help of tutorial
Can you explain to me your first approach before you got stuck ?
I think you should focus on solving 1100-rated problems quickly.
See what i will recommend you to wait for now and start giving virtual contests or contests to increase the speed on 1200-1300 .
Once you become confident on solving these in contests, ur level will automatically allow you to take 1400 problems .
This happened with me too ,but as soon as i reached 1200 mark, automatically I got the confidence for tackling 1400 (I used Arugo and used to sit for continous stretch of 80 mins until the problem is unsolved otherwise I used to see editorial )
Arugo link (for ref) = https://arugo.herokuapp.com/list/
AND BE PATIENT
I think you should learn more useful algorithms instead of practicing too many problems.
Also, practicing is helpful, but as the old saying goes "one can't make bricks without straw".
could you suggest me some useful algorithms which will help me during contest or solving problems. thank you .
There is a useful site https://oiwiki.com/ .
You can find many useful algorithms.
But it is in Chinese.
i don't know Chinese.
Emmm...
I think you can use CF's tag like greedy, binary search and so on,and then use Google to find some blogs.

I see that you solved 68 problems of 1400 rating. Did you solve them using editorial or not? I think it's better to think about problem for days and not reading editorial, because there is really small chance that there will be something you didn't know about before.
Feeling the same about 1800, just keep solving. Avoid seeing editorial for as long as possible.
I advise you to solve more divas 3 rounds. A group with all the rounds: https://mirror.codeforces.com/group/BHIkJm3DeQ/contests
It is ok not to be able to solve X rating. That just means you have to do more of X rating to get better at it. Even if you have to read editorial that is ok because then you are learning from it. Just keep trying to solve 1400 rated problems and spend a lot of time analyzing editorial + other peoples solutions and you will certainly improve.
