In a regional competition, if two teams from the same institute and same region secure slots for Asia West, do both teams qualify, or does only the top one go forward?

I am interested to know how much BCCI and the Illuminati pay the codedrills problemsetting team to push their cricket propaganda through problem statements and corrupt the minds of innocent cp'ers.

Does anyone know about the qualifying criteria for Asia-West?

Asia Pacific has listed down rules, and pre-covid Asia West was used to clarify it before regionals.
I agree, but unfortunately, I have no say in this matter. I will pass on the feedback tho.

We do not have written editorials, but some of the problems and solutions were discussed in the stream.

If you want soln of specific problem, you can ask about them. Someone from the panel might share their solutions here.

Generalized Collatz Conjecture this one and also wanted to know whether it's possible to solve Mod Messages in better than O($$$qlog^{2}nlog(a_{i}max)$$$) without HLD.

The intended time complexity of Mod Messages is $$$O(q*log(n)*log(max a_i))$$$
