I spotted that 2 people's code from the Div 3 contest yesterday is exactly the same except for the variable's name (problems C, D, E, G). I was wondering how to report those 2 individuals.

You don't have to report, codeforces has really good plagiarism check, and will easily detect a mere variable name change.
