Can't solve 1100 rated problems what should i improve?

Practice and solve 1100 rated problems. If you can’t, then practice with 1000 rated problems. They are almost all just greedy and/or constructive so nothing but practice will really help.

    any resources do u want to recommend for me , or just solving problems R1100/1000

      At this rating range just doing a 1000-1100(900 could be ok too) is probably best. Make sure to solve problems without tags as the tags could give some stuff away. You could also look at some of the CSES introductory and sorting and searching problems. https://cses.fi/problemset/
