Problem 1998C - Perform Operations to Maximize Score:

tdkhai : 275612866

Thalleous : 275630857

quangthangg : 275606510

Problem 1998D - Determine Winning Islands in Race:

Way.To.Cp.01 : 275600882

tdkhai : 275621859

quangthangg : 275617803

Looking at the time and performance, it seems like Way.To.Cp.01 is the leaker.

MikeMirzayanov please take action as these behaviors are a disgrace to the Codeforces community.

275813218 look at cheaters ...they are using random abusive words as variables to not get caught and solving till 3 question in div 1+2 despite being newbies.... Also all the solution matches with telegram leaked solution..MikeMirzayanov plz take action regarding such users

This is a list of cheaters from the last Div4 round. All of them copied solutions and solved all problems in just a few minutes. Some of them even used ChatGPT.

Additionally, TonyWasHere was skipped in the last Round. If you look at his previous rounds (Like this contest he solves 7 problems in 15 minutes), you'll notice something seems wrong.

After seeing this contest and the time difference between his submissions I think that this is a shared account
