Hm, as I understood I can't submit tasks like VK Cup 2012 Wild-card Round 2 and some others specific contest were here. Is this any way or I really can't submit them now?

Yes, it will be 7 days long contest with very unusual problem. It will be opened not only for VK Cup teams, but for any of you. Do not go away! :)
